In addition to studying forestry
engineering, I also study vegan pastry, it’s one of my passions and I am very
good at preparing different types of desserts such as Muffins, Cookies,
Truffles, Lemon Pies and other types of cakes. Through vegan pastries, a delicious and healthy
type of cuisine is shown, based on plants, without ingredients of animal
origin, without contributing to their suffering, in addition, vegan cuisine
helps mitigate the effects of climate change, helping to mitigate CO2 emissions.
The person I admire in this area is Valentina Olavarrieta,
she has 26 years old, it’s from Santiago de Chile and is a vegan pastry chef. Thanks to her, I
learned different recipes and technique, she is always willing to teach with
one smile. She has taken different types of courses, making this type of
cuisine more widely known. I participated in one of these courses and learned
how to make different types of cakes.
