are a lot of work and represent my dedication to the kitchen. I am a vegan for
4 years, in the beginning of this change of life the most difficult was adapted
to this new alimentation, I always used to eat meet and food prevenient of
animals, and one day to other I said: “No more”, my conviction was strong. When
I was a child saw to my grandmothers in the kitchen, they preparate delicious
food, the aromas and flavours call my attention. When I started living alone
must cook and learn different recipes, and when I was a vegan must learn a lot
more, I missed the desserts, I could not eat one of my favourites, “The Lemon
Pie”, because the most people use cow milk to do it, and the place that sell
vegan food are more expensive, so I decided to prepare my own desserts. The
result of my hard work is the vegan version of the lemon pie, I use cornflour
for the base, coconut yogurt, corn-starch and lemon for the cream, for the
decoration I use coconut cream and stratification of lemon juice. My lemon pie is
delicious.
